No posting of Scrapbook.com coupon codes without permission. Scrapbook.com does not allow coupon sites or incentive based affiliates in our affiliate network. Coupon sites and incentive sites that sign up for our program may be dropped or their commission amount may be lowered and past transactions will be reversed.
You can only post links on sites you own or operate. No third party ads or links.
No PPC "pass-throughs". You may use PPC to promote our products as long as the links go to YOUR site directly.
No use of Scrapbook.com's name or trademarks (Scrapbook.com Neighborhood, Scrapbook Neighborhood) in search term. If you are using your affiliate links as a "pass through" you are in violation of the TOS.
No advertising directly in Google Shopping or other shopping search engines (free or paid). Such transactions will be reversed and you will be removed from our program.
We do not allow using our datafeed or scraping our site and using images from Scrapbook.com to create clone websites or product pages for each of our products. If you are promoting specific products you need to write your own description and provide your own information about the products you are promoting.
We abide by all affiliate nexus laws. For some affiliates in specific states, we may offer a cost per click (CPC) agreement. No affiliate in a state where nexus laws are enacted will be permitted to receive a per sale commission.
If you are in California, you agree to not actively solicit California residents in any way.
Scrapbook.com does not allow current Scrapbook.com vendors or wholesale accounts to participate in the Scrapbook.com Affiliate Program. This includes manufacturers' websites/blogs and current wholesale brand owners' or executives' personal blogs/websites.
Scrapbook.com requires full compliance with FTC Disclosure terms on the part of its affiliates.
Violation of these rules can lead to removal from the Scrapbook.com program or a reduction in affiliate revenue.
