1/ No spamming will be tolerated. Please do not send your affiliate link in any unsolicited emails. Affiliates reported to us for spamming will be expelled from this program.
2/ Please note that setting up an account merely to purchase for yourself is not allowed. Any sale generated in this manner will be cancelled (marked as self referral) and you will receive no commission for it.
Exceptions to this are where you bring in three additional sales. In such cases just send your order ID to us (sales@infacta.com) and we will re-instate the commission on your own original purchase.

4/ Promotion on any ad network using the following keywords is prohibited - groupmail, infacta, groupmail 5, group mail and all Infacta trademarks. (e.g. of ad networks include Google, Yahoo, Microsoft etc.). Any sale generated in this manner will be cancelled and the affiliate removed from our program.
