Affiliate Partner PPC Bidding on myDaVinci Trademarks :All affiliate partners should be aware of and comply with the following regulations governing the use of myDaVinci Trademarks and Brand Names in PPC bidding. By accepting the myDaVinci affiliate marketing agreement you agree to follow the below regulations at all times.1. Affiliates may not bid the myDaVinci trademark on PPC bid. 2. Affiliates may not use Official myDaVinci site Domains/URLs in their ads**. i.e. all a PPC links must promote your own site and pages promoting the myDaVinci products.3. When myDaVinci do not offer any coupons, discount and promotional codes, affiliate may not list myDaVinci on their coupon sites.4. Affiliates must contact myDaVinci before commencing a PPC campaign. 5. Affiliates must respond within 24 hours to any request to change a PPC link. 6. Affiliates must be responsive to all communication directed to them by myDaVinci. 7. Violation of this agreement is grounds for termination.
