PPC GUIDELINES
Publisher may not bid on The Wright Stuff's trademark or any variation thereof in conjunction with search keyword programs. When promoting The Wright Stuff via external paid search engines, which may include, but are not limited to, entities such as Google, Yahoo and MSN, the following guidelines must be followed:
Publisher must not give the impression that you are, or represent, The Wright Stuff, through use of phrases such as ‘Official Site’.
- Publisher may not bid on The Wright Stuff's trademark or any variation thereof in conjunction with search keyword programs;
- Publisher must not target the brand names of any entities that are direct competitors of The Wright Stuff, or otherwise engage in marketing practices that are illegal or violate the rights of any third party; and
- Publisher must ensure that all copy used for search and keyword purposes is appropriate and 100% accurate and does not contain any claims that could be construed to be false or misleading.
- Publisher must identify itself as an "Affiliate" in all search keyword listings as well as organic search results.
Publisher agrees that, following notice from The Wright Stuff, you will promptly remove any search listing containing copy and/or creative components that The Wright Stuff, in its sole discretion, deems inappropriate for any reason. Publisher agrees not to use, register or seek to register any trademark, service mark or domain name that contains the words "wrightstuff.com", "Wright Stuff", "The Wright Stuff", "Arthritis Supplies", "Caregiver Products", "Mobility Aids", or any variations, or misspellings of them, or is any way confusingly similar to "Wright Stuff".
If you do, you agree to transfer the registrations, at your expense, to Wright Stuff at Wright Stuff's request and to cooperate by providing any information, signing any documents and providing appropriate authorizations necessary to accomplish the transfer.
Publisher may not wrap or frame the site of The Wright Stuff in any manner or in any way copy or resemble the look and feel of our site, nor will the Publisher create the impression that the Publisher site is The Wright Stuff's site or is a part of The Wright Stuff site.
COUPON GUIDELINES

If you are enrolled in our Program and your Website promotes coupon codes, you must adhere to our Coupon Guidelines as follows:
- You may ONLY advertise coupon codes that are provided to you through ShareASale.
- You may NOT advertise coupon codes obtained from our non-affiliate advertising, customer e-mails, paid search, or any other campaign.
- On click through, you must link directly to our website. Framing of our website is strictly prohibited.
- Cookie Stuffing: You must not mislead customers into clicking on an offer/coupon that does not exist or practice similarly deceptive tactics which are generally accepted as “cookie stuffing.” These include, but are not limited to using expired offers, presenting offers that do not exist, presenting a button that claims to show all offers which sets the affiliate cookie, and technology which generates a click/sets the cookie from the action of copying a coupon code.
- Unless you have been given express written permission, if you are found to be engaging in any of the aforementioned practices, we reserve the right to reverse any/all sales generated. If your Website participates in forums where active users of your Website can submit coupon codes, it is your responsibility to ensure that the coupon codes submitted do not violate our Coupon Guidelines.
The Wright Stuff, Inc. reserves the right to terminate the affiliate relationship at any time without notice if it has determined you have violated any of the conditions above. If you are found to be engaging in any of the aforementioned practices, we reserve the right to reverse any/all sales generated.
