Elodie Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
We encourage all interested publishers to apply to our affiliate program. Before joining, your platform will need to be reviewed and approved. We typically look for publishers that:
- Have a visually appealing and premium design
- Share high-quality, family-friendly content
- Align with Elodie's values of style, comfort, and sophistication for families.
- Provide a safe, positive environment for users
- Do not display offensive or inappropriate content
- Have an audience interested in parenting, lifestyle, or baby products.
These are general guidelines, and exceptions may apply. Please be aware that due to the high volume of applications we receive daily, there may be a delay in our response. If you have any questions about the program or do not hear from us within a reasonable amount of time, please feel free to reach out.
Commission Structure
Commission Rate: Minimum 6%
Commission Structure: By Basket value
Validation Process
Commissions will be adjusted for returned items based on our returns policy.
Cookie Period
The cookie period is 45 days as stated in the contract.
Use of Brand Assets
Follow guidelines for using Elodie’s brand materials to ensure proper and consistent use.
Compliance
Publishers must comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including those concerning advertising and data protection. As a publisher, you are responsible for making it clear to consumers when your content includes advertising material.
By participating as an approved Awin Publisher, you agree to follow local laws and standards as set out in sections 9.2.4 and 9.2.5 of the Awin Publisher Terms and Conditions.
Termination
Either party can terminate the agreement with 10 days’ notice.
