EZlendr Affiliate Program Agreement
Effective Date: July 17 2024
1. Introduction
This Affiliate Program Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between EZlendr.com ("Company") and the affiliate ("Affiliate") participating in the EZlendr Affiliate Program ("Program"). By signing up and participating in the Program, the Affiliate agrees to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and the ShareASale Terms of Use.
2. Enrollment in the Program
To enroll in the Program, the Affiliate must complete and submit the online application. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
Promotion: The Affiliate agrees to promote EZlendr’s products and services using only the promotional materials provided or approved by the Company.
Compliance: The Affiliate must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including those related to advertising and marketing practices.
Content: The Affiliate must ensure that all content promoting EZlendr is truthful, not misleading, and accurately represents the products and services.
Brand Integrity: The Affiliate must not engage in any activities that could harm the reputation or integrity of EZlendr.
4. Commissions
Earnings: Affiliates will earn a commission for each qualified lead or successful loan application referred to EZlendr.com. The commission structure is detailed in the Affiliate dashboard.
Payments: Commissions will be paid out according to the payment schedule detailed in the Affiliate dashboard. Payments will be made via ShareASale.
Tracking: All referrals will be tracked using the ShareASale tracking system. The Company is not responsible for any tracking errors or discrepancies.
5. Restrictions and Prohibited Activities
Spam: The Affiliate is strictly prohibited from using unsolicited email marketing (spam) to promote EZlendr.
Misrepresentation: Affiliates must not misrepresent EZlendr’s products or services in any way.
Incentivized Traffic: Traffic generated through incentives (such as rewards programs) is not allowed unless explicitly approved by the Company.
Trademark Bidding: Affiliates are not permitted to bid on EZlendr’s trademarks or any variations thereof in pay-per-click campaigns on search engines.
Cookie Stuffing: Affiliates are prohibited from using cookie stuffing techniques or any other means of falsifying referral traffic.
Malicious Activities: Any form of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to the use of bots or fake leads, is strictly prohibited.
6. Termination
By the Company: The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and the Affiliate’s participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause.
By the Affiliate: The Affiliate may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the Company.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, the Affiliate must immediately cease all promotional activities related to EZlendr and remove all promotional materials from their channels.
7. Liability and Indemnification
Limitation of Liability: The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or the Program.
Indemnification: The Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of the Affiliate’s participation in the Program.
8. Modification of Agreement
The Company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the Program will constitute acceptance of the modified terms.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, along with the ShareASale Terms of Use, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
By enrolling in the EZlendr Affiliate Program, the Affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
