The agreement provided below sets forth the terms and conditions between “You,” the affiliate, and “We,” SiBio. By joining our affiliate program, you agree to comply with all conditions outlined below. Any breach of these terms and conditions may result in removal from the program and/or declined commissions.
PPC Policy
Affiliates must not:
Purchase or license any domain names similar to sibiosensor.com.
Bid on the “sibiosensor.com” keyword or any of its misspellings on any search engines.
Drive paid or unpaid traffic from search engines directly to “sibiosensor.com” pages. Affiliates must use their own sites for traffic from search engines.
Exclude "sibiosensor.com" from remarketing efforts.
Email Policy
Affiliates are not permitted to send any unsolicited emails (spam) under this affiliate program. If you wish to send out an email campaign on behalf of SiBio™, you must seek approval from the Advertiser.
Copy and Creatives
Affiliates should only use creatives provided by the Advertiser or supplied through Awin on our behalf. Any creative obtained through these channels must not be edited or modified without express consent from the Advertiser.
Brand Guidelines Include
Affiliates may not use “TM” or “official” in advertisements.
Affiliates may not use the brand “SiBio” or any permutation of it in their URL.
Affiliates may not directly link to the SiBio website if using PPC.
Affiliates must use creative assets provided in the AWIN affiliate program admin. Creative assets and user-generated content not found in the program must be approved by SiBio.
The look and feel of webpages must be unique and not mimic SiBio web properties to prevent confusion for visitors.
Affiliates cannot own a domain that includes the SiBio trademark or registered trademark.
