1. Approval & Participation
We review all applications to ensure brand alignment.
We may decline or remove affiliates at our discretion.
2. Promotion Guidelines
You may only promote WIMS using approved banners, links, and creative from Awin.
You may not:
Bid on “WIMS,” “WIMS Pocket Tonic,” or variations in paid search.
Use unapproved coupon/voucher codes.
Send unsolicited email campaigns.
Promote WIMS on adult, illegal, or offensive websites.
3. Commissions
Commission is paid on valid sales tracked through Awin.
Cancelled, returned, fraudulent, or self-purchases will not qualify.
Payment is made through Awin’s system according to their schedule.
4. Cookies
Our cookie window is 30 days.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or remove affiliates who violate these terms or misrepresent the brand.
Affiliates may leave the program at any time via Awin.
6. Liability
Affiliates are responsible for their marketing practices and agree to comply with all applicable laws.
WIMS is not liable for damages arising from affiliate activity.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina.
