| Order canceled |  |  | Commissions will be declined on canceled orders, as no revenue was generated. This includes sales canceled by the customer or by our team. |

| Customer failed credit check |  |  | Commissions will be declined if a customer's credit check fails and the order is not processed. This is to protect against fraud. |
