1. Purpose and Scope
1.1. This Agreement governs the terms and conditions under which Affiliate will participate in the Jack & Jones Affiliate Program (the "Program").
1.2. The Program allows Affiliate to earn commissions by promoting Jack & Jones products and services (the "Products") through Affiliate's website, social media channels, or other marketing initiatives.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
2.1. Affiliate shall promote the Products in a professional and ethical manner, in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
2.2. Affiliate shall accurately disclose their relationship with Jack & Jones as an affiliate marketer.
2.3. Affiliate shall not make any claims or representations about the Products that are false or misleading.
2.4. Affiliate shall not engage in any activity that damages the reputation of Jack & Jones or the
Products.
3. Jack & Jones Responsibilities
3.1. Jack & Jones shall provide Affiliate with access to marketing materials, including product data, images, and banners.
3.2. Jack & Jones shall process and pay commissions to Affiliate in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
3.3. Jack & Jones shall provide Affiliate with timely and accurate tracking data to monitor their performance.
3.4. Jack & Jones shall respond to Affiliate's inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
4. Commissions and Payment
4.1. Affiliate shall earn a commission on each sale of Products generated through Affiliate's marketing efforts.
4.2. The commission rate shall be 8% of the net sales price of each Product sold.
4.3. Commissions shall be paid to Affiliate on a monthly basis, within [Number] days of the end of each month.
5. Termination
5.1. This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon [Number] days' written notice to the other party.
5.2. This Agreement may be terminated immediately by either party for any material breach of this Agreement by the other party.
6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

7. Entire Agreement
7.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
8. Amendments
8.1. This Agreement may be amended only by a writing signed by both parties.
9. Severability
9.1. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
10. Notices
10.1. All notices and other communications hereunder shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered personally, sent by certified or registered mail, return receipt requested, or sent by overnight courier, addressed as follows:

11. Counterparts
11.1. This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
