Brane Audio LLC Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
These Program Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the participation in the Brane Audio LLC affiliate program ("Program") managed through ShareASale platform. By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Program Enrollment:
1.1. To enroll in the Program, affiliates must submit a complete application through the ShareASale platform.
1.2. Brane Audio LLC reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities:
2.1. Affiliates are responsible for promoting Brane Audio LLC’s products and services in a truthful and ethical manner.
2.2. Affiliates shall not engage in any activities that may harm Brane Audio LLC’s reputation or brand image.
2.3. Affiliates shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations while participating in the Program.
3. Commission Structure:
3.1. Affiliates will earn a commission on qualifying sales generated through their unique referral links.
3.2. The commission rate and eligibility criteria will be specified in the ShareASale platform.
3.3. Commissions will be paid out according to the payment schedule set by Brane Audio LLC.
4. Referral Tracking:
4.1. ShareASale platform will track referrals and sales generated by each affiliate.
4.2. Affiliates must use the provided referral links to ensure proper tracking of referrals.
4.3. Brane Audio LLC is not responsible for tracking errors caused by affiliate’s misuse of referral links.
5. Termination:
5.1. Brane Audio LLC reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the Program at any time for any reason.
5.2. Affiliates may also terminate their participation in the Program by providing written notice to Brane Audio LLC.
6. Modification of Terms:
6.1. Brane Audio LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
6.2. Affiliates will be notified of any changes to the Terms via email or through the ShareASale platform.
6.3. Continued participation in the Program after the effective date of the modified Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
7. Limitation of Liability:
7.1. Brane Audio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Program.
7.2. In no event shall Brane Audio LLC’s total liability under these Terms exceed the total commissions paid to the affiliate in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
8. Governing Law:
8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
8.2. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Texas, United States of America.
By enrolling in the Brane Audio LLC affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms.
