Chazlyn Affiliate Program Agreement
1. Introduction
Welcome to the Chazlyn Affiliate Program. By joining our program, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in this Program Agreement. This agreement supplements the ShareASale Terms of Use, which all affiliates are also bound by.
2. Brand Representation
Affiliates must accurately and positively represent the Chazlyn brand at all times. This includes the use of correct branding, logos, and messaging that align with our established brand identity and values.
3. Promotional Methods
Affiliates are encouraged to promote Chazlyn products in a manner that is respectful and professional. Prohibited promotional methods include, but are not limited to, spamming, unsolicited emails, false advertising, and any form of deceptive marketing. Affiliates must also respect copyright and trademark laws at all times.
4. Intellectual Property
Use of Chazlyn’s intellectual property, including logos, images, and product descriptions, must be done with prior written consent and in accordance with our brand guidelines.
5. Commission Structure
Details of the commission structure, payment schedules, and qualifying conditions are outlined separately. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring they understand and adhere to these terms.
6. FTC Compliance
Affiliates must comply with all Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines, including clear disclosures in advertising and social media promotions.
7. Prohibited Content
Affiliates are prohibited from associating Chazlyn with offensive material, false claims, competitor disparagement, or any content that could harm the brand's reputation.

9. Product Claims
Affiliates must not make false or unsubstantiated claims about Chazlyn products.
10. Reporting and Tracking
Affiliates agree to use the designated tracking system provided by Chazlyn and accurately report all referral sales.
11. Termination Policy
Chazlyn reserves the right to terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, with or without cause, as outlined in the termination procedures.
12. Agreement Modification
Chazlyn reserves the right to modify any of the terms and conditions within this agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes and continued participation in the program will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
13. Legal Compliance
Affiliates must ensure all their promotional activities are compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
