Before you start promoting unforgettable travels and earning commissions, please take a moment to review the terms and conditions outlined below:
1. Eligibility
- To be eligible, you must own or manage a website, blog, or social media profile that aligns with GoWithGuide’s offerings. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
2. Commission
- Publishers will receive a commission for every successful booking made via their unique affiliate link.
- Commission rates and payment terms are outlined in the “Commission” tab.
3. Publisher Guidelines
- You are responsible for promoting GoWithGuide’s products in a manner that reflects positively on our brand.
- You must not engage in harmful or unethical marketing practices such as unauthorized use of promotional codes, or making false claims about our products.
- All promotional content must adhere to relevant laws and regulations.
4. Publisher Responsibilities
- All marketing materials must adhere to GoWithGuide’s brand guidelines. We reserve the right to review and request changes to any promotional materials.
- Affiliates are required to align their promotional efforts with our values and mission.
- We welcome publishers to share feedback and suggestions for enhancing the program.
5. Tracking and Performance Reporting
- GoWithGuide will disclose reports to help monitor performance of publisher upon request.
- Publishers are accountable for properly tracking and reporting their promotional efforts.
6. Payments
- Commissions are typically paid out on a monthly basis. Details are outlined in the “Commission” tab.
- Payments are generally made using the affiliate's chosen payment method over Awin.
7. Termination
- GoWithGuide retains the right to terminate the affiliate relationship at any time if there is a breach of these terms and conditions.
- Publishers can also end participation in the program at any given time by giving written notice.
8. Amendments
- GoWithGuide may modify these terms at any time. Publishers will be notified of any changes.
- Continued participation in the Program after modifications will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
