1. Eligibility
- HYDRAGUN's AWIN affiliate programme is open to content publishers worldwide. Our programme is not open to coupon and deal affiliates at this time.
- We work with content publishers via Skimlinks. We will also consider working with high-quality content publishers who are not on Skimlinks.
- We prefer not to work with publishers whose focus is adult content.
2. Materials and trademarks - Affiliate partners will be granted limited license to use HYDRAGUN creatives and trademarks in any content created for the purposes of participation in our affiliate offers.
- HYDRAGUN may in turn share and reproduce said content in our marketing materials, with appropriate credit given to the content creators. Creators retain sole ownership of their content.
3. Confidentiality
- Affiliate partners agree that any privileged information disclosed to them by HYDRAGUN in the course of their participation in our affiliate programme shall be kept confidential.
4. Termination and modification
- HYDRAGUN reserves the right to immediately terminate an affiliate partner from our programme, without prior notice, if we deem the association with the partner to be damaging to the brand or company. However, in most cases, we will make good-faith attempts to settle disputes amicably first.
- Partners may also terminate their participation HYDRAGUN's affiliate programme for any reason, without prior notice.
- HYDRAGUN also reserves the right to modify our affiliate offer at any time.
5. Limitation of liability
- Participants in HYDRAGUN's affiliate programme agree that HYDRAGUN will not be responsible for any damages that may result from their participation in the programme.
