Welcome to the FOCO Affiliate Program! We’re excited to have you on board and look forward to a successful partnership. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before participating in our affiliate program.
Program Terms and Conditions
Eligibility and Enrollment
All affiliates must be 18 years or older.
You must apply and be approved for participation in the FOCO Affiliate Program.
Commissions and Payouts
Affiliates earn a commission on valid sales referred through their unique affiliate links.
Commission rates and payment schedules are detailed in your affiliate dashboard.
Payouts will be made via the ShareASale platform.
Promotion and Advertising
Affiliates may promote FOCO through websites, blogs, social media, email marketing, and other online channels.
All promotional content must comply with our brand guidelines and be free of misleading or false information.
Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on FOCO-related keywords in pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.
Prohibited Activities
Spamming or sending unsolicited commercial emails.
Using misleading or deceptive advertising methods.
Promoting FOCO on sites that contain or promote illegal activities, violence, discrimination, or adult content.
Cookie stuffing or other forms of affiliate fraud.
Content Guidelines
Affiliates must ensure all content is original or properly licensed.
Do not copy or replicate FOCO’s content without permission.
Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship with FOCO in accordance with FTC guidelines.
Termination
FOCO reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time for violations of this agreement.
Affiliates may terminate their participation in the program at any time by providing written notice to FOCO.
Liability
FOCO is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from participation in the affiliate program.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Modification of Terms
FOCO reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes.
