The agreement below governs the relationship between “You” (the affiliate) and “We” or “Us” (OPL Leisure Group Ltd / Offpeakluxury).
By agreeing to the below, you agree that you will comply to all conditions outlined and understand that any breach of these Terms & Conditions may result in your removal from the campaign and commissions being declined.
PPC Policy
Unless agreed in writing with us, affiliates must not:
- i) Purchase, license or operate any domain name which is confusingly similar to offpeakluxury.com or offpealuxury.co.uk
ii) Bid on the the offpeakluxury.com keyword, any of its misspellings, any close variation, or any of the following keywords:
offpeakluxury.com
off peak luxury (with and without spaces)
off peak luxury breaks
off peak luxury hotels
opl leisure group
cotswold hotel breaks
country hotel breaks
lakeland luxury
iii) Use the term 'offpeakluxury' or any of its derivatives above in the affiliates ad text for driving traffic to the affiliates' site(s).
iv) Drive paid or unpaid traffic direct from searches to Offpeakluxury's websites. The affiliate must use their own sites for traffic from search engines.
Email Policy
Affiliates are not permitted to send any unsolicited email under this affiliate program. We are happy for affiliates to send emails featuring specific hotels, though please always use the product feed for current availability and prices, if you use these in the email.
Copy & Creative
We are happy for you to use your own creative in promotional activity you create - in addition to the creative supplied through the Awin portal. However, please obtain prior approval before featuring specific hotels, and/or brand terms as above in your promotions, at affiliates@offpeakluxury.com
Discount Code Policy
Offpeakluxury do not offer discount codes or vouchers, and affiliates are not permitted to offer discount codes or vouchers in their promotional activities. The use of discount codes, voucher codes, or cashback and loyalty schemes will result in the affiliate being suspended from the program, and existing sales being declined.
Social Media Policy
Affiliates are no permitted to post as Offpeakluxury on social media.
Attribution Period / Cookie Length
We offer a 30 day cookie expiration
Affiliate Approvals
Commission is approved at customer checkout. In the event of customer cancellation within our terms, commission is still paid to the affiliate.
