- Email Marketing: Follow all applicable laws for email marketing. Do not misrepresent your emails as coming from us.
Content and Placement Restrictions
- Product Images and Descriptions: Use only the approved images and descriptions we provide.
- Website Content: Ensure your website content is original and not copied from our site or other affiliates.
Compliance and Reporting
- Disclosure: Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with us, following FTC guidelines.
- Link Placement: Do not obscure the fact that a link is an affiliate link.
- Fraudulent Activities: No fraudulent activities, including cookie stuffing, are allowed.
Additional Considerations
- Returns and Refunds: Be aware of our return and refund policies and communicate them accurately.
- Discount Codes: Use only the official discount codes we provide.
