Program Terms

Tripster Affiliate Program – Key Terms

Commission Eligibility

Affiliates earn commissions on valid bookings that are booked, paid for, and consumed as a direct result of their referral link.

Transactions associated with fraud, cancellations, chargebacks, coupon violations, or policy violations may be reversed or deemed ineligible for commission.

Commissions become payable 30 days after the date of product consumption, with payment issued on a Net 15 basis thereafter.

If monthly commissions are less than $25, Tripster reserves the right to issue payment quarterly.

Multi-Item Booking Advantage

Unlike many activity marketplaces that allow only single-product bookings, Tripster allows travelers to book multiple items in one transaction, including:

attraction tickets

tours and activities

shows and experiences

hotel accommodations

This can result in higher average order values and higher commissions per referral.

Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates may promote Tripster using referral links, widgets, banners, or approved marketing materials.

Affiliates are responsible for the content and operation of their websites and must ensure all promotions are accurate and compliant with applicable laws.

Affiliates must comply with FTC disclosure requirements, including clearly disclosing affiliate relationships when promoting Tripster.

Coupon and Discount Policy

Affiliates may not promote coupon codes or discount codes for Tripster unless expressly authorized in writing.

Tripster reserves the right to disqualify commissions on orders where coupon or promotional codes are applied at checkout.

Unauthorized coupon promotion may result in commission reversals and removal from the program.

Paid Search Restrictions

Affiliates may not bid on Tripster brand terms, product brand names, or destination keywords in paid search advertising.

Participation in Google “Things To Do” placements or other paid placements promoting Tripster is also prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

cookie stuffing or forced clicks

browser extensions that overwrite tracking

typosquatting or misleading domain names

unauthorized coupon promotion

incentivized traffic (cashback, rewards, etc.) without approval

Violations may result in commission reversal and immediate removal from the affiliate program.

Program Changes

Tripster reserves the right to modify program terms or terminate affiliate participation at any time.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
