4."Your website" refers to any websites you use to link to our website.

5."Program" refers to the Varmtalys Affiliate Program.

After receiving your application, we will review your website and notify you of your acceptance or rejection within 48 hours. We reserve the right to decline any application at our discretion. Including all relevant websites in your profile will assist our decision process.

Upon acceptance, links will be available through the affiliate interface. Affiliates must:

1.ONLY promote coupon codes issued through our affiliate program.

2.NOT promote codes obtained from unauthorized sources (e.g., customer emails or paid search ads).

3.Understand that violations may result in removal from the program, sales reversal, or reduced commissions.

To ensure accurate tracking and prevent misuse:

1.Commissions are only credited when customers use your exclusive affiliate coupon code or our official code Welcome20, together with your affiliate link.

2.Orders using unapproved or third-party coupon codes will not be commissionable.

3.We encourage affiliates to request a personalized coupon code for improved conversion and tracking.

Affiliates engaging in Pay-Per-Click advertising must:

1.Not bid on our trademarked terms or common misspellings.

2.Not use TM+ keywords (e.g., "Varmtalys + coupon") unless leading to a relevant landing page.

3.Not direct-link to our website or use redirect cloaking techniques.

4.Not use our URL as the display URL.

Violations will result in a 0% commission rate and may lead to removal from the program.

Affiliates may not create social media accounts or pages using our trademark or similar names (e.g., Varmtalys, varmtalys.com).

Affiliates may not register or use domain names containing our trademark or close variations (e.g., www.varmtalys-deals.com).

Affiliates must:

1.Comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and any local regulations.

2.Not mislead recipients into thinking emails are sent from Varmtalys or represent our official communications.

Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with Varmtalys in all promotional content (blogs, videos, social media, emails, etc.). Disclosures must indicate that you may receive commissions or free products. Refer to the FTC guidelines for more details. We recommend consulting legal counsel to ensure compliance.
