1. Application of Laws and Dispute Resolution: The interpretation and application of the Terms and any disputes related to the Terms shall be governed by the laws of the location of the Advertiser.
2. Changes to the Terms: The Advertiser has the right to modify and supplement the Terms in accordance with the needs of business development and notify the Affiliates in advance.
3. Notification: The notification between the Advertiser and the Affiliates can be made through Awin platform, e-mail or other written forms.
