The Panel Hub Affiliate Program Agreement
Welcome to The Panel Hub Affiliate Program! By joining our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions in addition to the ShareASale Terms of Use:
1. Program Participation
- Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Affiliates must adhere to all guidelines provided by The Panel Hub, including branding and promotional materials.
2. Commission Structure
- Affiliates will earn a flat 10% commission on each sale made through their unique affiliate links.
- The average order value (AOV) is $700.
3. Prohibited Activities
- Affiliates are prohibited from using spam or unsolicited commercial emails to promote The Panel Hub.
- Affiliates may not use misleading or false advertisements.
- Affiliates may not bid on The Panel Hub's trademark or any variation thereof in any pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaign.
4. Coupon and Promotional Codes
- Affiliates must use only the coupon codes provided by The Panel Hub.
- Personal and unique coupon codes can be requested and will be provided upon approval.
5. Content and Asset Usage
- The Panel Hub will provide high-quality promotional materials, including images and text.
- Affiliates are encouraged to request custom content to better align with their audience.
6. Affiliate Responsibilities
- Affiliates must maintain accurate and up-to-date information in their ShareASale profile.
- Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their promotional activities comply with this agreement and the ShareASale Terms of Use.
7. Termination
- The Panel Hub reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time for violation of this agreement or the ShareASale Terms of Use.
8. Payment
- Commissions will be paid through ShareASale as per their payment schedule.
- Affiliates must meet the minimum payout threshold set by ShareASale to receive payments.
