By joining our affiliate program through AWIN, you (“Affiliates”) agree to the following terms and conditions set by Hunter Bell (“Advertiser”):
1. Approval & Participation
Affiliates must be approved by the Advertiser before promoting any products or services.
The Advertiser reserves the right to reject or remove any affiliate from the program at its sole discretion, with or without notice.
2. Commission
Affiliates will earn commission on qualifying sales tracked and validated through Awin.
Commission rates and cookie durations are specified in the Awin platform and may be updated at any time with notice.
Commissions may be reversed for cancellations, returns, or fraudulent transactions.
3. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not:
Engage in cookie stuffing or use misleading redirects.
Use the Advertiser's brand name, trademarks, or domain names in paid search (trademark bidding is strictly prohibited).
Use unauthorized creative assets, messaging, or branding.
Operate websites or campaigns that include inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.
4. Paid Search Policy
No bidding on the Advertiser’s trademarked terms, brand name, or variations.
Use of brand terms in ad copy, URLs, or display links is prohibited unless expressly approved.
5. Promotional Methods
Affiliates must clearly disclose the affiliate relationship (e.g., in accordance with FTC guidelines).
All traffic must be genuine and generated through approved promotional methods.
6. Monitoring & Enforcement
The Advertiser reserves the right to monitor affiliate activity and request removal or changes to any promotional materials or tactics that violate program rules.
Breaches may result in removal from the program and cancellation of commissions.
7. Changes to Terms
The Advertiser may modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
