- Affiliates are not allowed to modify the promotional materials without written permission from Next Gay Thing.

The use of the following traffic sources requires absolute transparency of dissemination. Any suspicion may cause a suspension of the partnership and the decline of all transactions if it is not properly justified within 7 days after the first warning.

Commissions
- Affiliates will earn a commission of [X]% on each validated sale made through their affiliate links.
- Commissions will be calculated on the net sale amount, excluding taxes, shipping fees, and discounts.
- Commissions will be paid once sales have been validated, in accordance with Awin's payment policies.
Tracking and Reporting
- Affiliates must use the tracking links provided by Awin to ensure accurate tracking of sales.
- Next Gay Thing will not be responsible for commissions not tracked due to improper use of tracking links.
Payment
- Payments will be made monthly via the Awin platform, provided the minimum payment threshold is reached.
- Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date payment information.
Policies and Restrictions
- Affiliates must not engage in spam activities or deceptive marketing practices.
- Affiliates must not bid on Next Gay Thing branded keywords or use domain names containing Next Gay Thing trademarks without permission.
- Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Termination
- Next Gay Thing reserves the right to terminate any affiliate at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms and conditions.
- Affiliates may terminate their participation in the program at any time by notifying Next Gay Thing in writing via the Awin platform.
Changes to Terms
- Next Gay Thing reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
- Affiliates will be notified of any changes through the Awin platform and must accept the new terms to continue participating in the program.
Confidentiality
- Affiliates must respect the confidentiality of information provided by Next Gay Thing and must not disclose this information to third parties without permission.
Limitation of Liability
- Next Gay Thing will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with participation in the affiliate program.
