CYKE BIKES Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the CYKE BIKES Affiliate Program (the “Program”) on the Awin network. By applying to or participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate”, “Publisher”) agree to abide by these terms, in addition to the general Awin Publisher Terms.
1. Program Overview
CYKE BIKES offers premium electric bikes and heavy-duty bike racks. Our Affiliate Program is designed to reward publishers who drive qualified sales or leads through approved promotional methods.
2. Commission Structure
- Consumer Sales (CPS): Affiliates earn a commission (%) of the net sale value (excluding taxes, shipping, and returns) for approved transactions.
- Dealer Recruitment (CPA/Lead): For approved dealer applications, affiliates may earn a fixed bounty (flat fee) as specified in the Awin interface.
- Commission rates and rules are subject to change with prior notice via Awin.
3. Approval Criteria
We welcome affiliates that align with our brand values, including:
- Content publishers, review sites, blogs, social media influencers, email marketers, and comparison engines.
- Business opportunity and B2B publishers (for dealer recruitment campaigns).
We do not accept:
- Sites that promote illegal, offensive, or adult content.
- Coupon/deal sites that display unauthorized or expired offers.
- Trademark violators or ad hijackers.
4. Promotional Restrictions
4.1 Paid Search (PPC/SEM)
- Bidding on “CYKE BIKES”, “CYKE”, or misspellings/variants is strictly prohibited.
- Direct linking to our website from paid ads is not allowed.
- Generic terms (e.g., “electric bike reviews”) may be allowed but must not mislead.
4.2 Email Marketing
- Affiliates must not send unsolicited emails (spam).
- All email campaigns must comply with CAN-SPAM and applicable laws.
4.3 Social Media
- Affiliates may promote CYKE products on their owned/operated social channels.
- Use of CYKE trademarks, logos, or images must follow brand guidelines and cannot imply official partnership beyond the affiliate relationship.
4.4 Coupon/Deal Sites
- Only promote codes provided via Awin or CYKE directly.
- Display of expired or “guessed” codes is prohibited.
4.5 Content Standards
- Affiliates must provide accurate, honest, and non-misleading content.
- Any health, safety, or compliance claims must be factually correct.
5. Tracking & Validation
Sales and leads are tracked via the Awin platform.
Transactions may be reversed if they are:
- Cancelled, returned, or refunded
- Generated fraudulently or in violation of this Agreement
- Duplicate or unqualified dealer applications
6. Intellectual Property
CYKE BIKES trademarks, product names, logos, and images may only be used for the purpose of promoting our products under this Program.
Affiliates may not register domains, social accounts, or ads using our brand names.
7. Program Modifications
CYKE BIKES reserves the right to:
- Modify commission rates, program terms, or approval criteria
- Suspend or terminate affiliates who violate these terms
- Update this Agreement at any time, with notice provided via Awin
8. Termination
We may terminate an affiliate’s participation immediately for:
- Violation of these Terms or Awin policies
- Fraudulent activity or brand misuse
- Non-compliance with applicable laws
Upon termination, no further commissions will be paid for unapproved transactions.
9. Disclaimer & Liability
Participation in the Program is at the affiliate’s own risk.
CYKE BIKES is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation.
Approved commissions represent the sole compensation under this Program.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
