Paid Search
Affiliates may not bid on or use the words 'beachhouseart.co.uk' or 'Beach House Art', derivatives, or misspellings in any way to gain preferential listings on Search Engines, Directories or any other kind of online database. This is expressly forbidden and will result in the termination of an Affiliate's agreement with Beach House Art.
Use of voucher codes
Affiliates may only promote codes provided through the Beach House Art affiliate programme.
Beach House Art reserves the right to withhold commission payments or suspend publishers if non-authorised voucher codes are used in an affiliate sale.
Where voucher codes are issued with an expiry date, this should be clearly displayed, and codes should be removed or explicitly marked as expired after this date unless you are advised otherwise. Affiliates displaying expired codes without marking them as expired may be suspended from the programme.
Natural Search
Beach House Art is happy for affiliates to optimise their sites for the correct spelling of their brand terms.
Domain Restrictions
1). Direct linking
Affiliates are not permitted to use any domains owned by Beach House Art as their display URL without express written permission.
2). Affiliate-owned domains
Affiliates are permitted to use brand terms as a directory, e.g. www.affiliate.com/beachhouseart
Affiliates are not permitted to create domains containing brand terms as a domain or sub-domain, e.g. www.affiliate-beachhouseart
3). Landing pages
Any affiliate wishing to construct a landing page for Beach House Art should first contact us.
Promotion Restrictions
Email Marketing
Any affiliate wishing to promote Beach House Art by email marketing must first contact us for pre-approval.
Offline Public Relations Activities
Offline public relations activities are expressly not permitted. Affiliates wishing to pass on information regarding offline promotions should contact us
Press
Any press mentioning Beach House Art must have Beach House Art's involvement and full sign-off. Affiliates wishing to pass on information regarding press opportunities should contact us.
Commission Structure
7% commission is currently paid out on all products.
Commission Eligibility Terms
Commission will only be paid on a customer’s first order with Beach House Art.
Commission is not payable on:
Any subsequent orders made by the same customer Orders where a discount code other than ARTSHOP10 (our standard first-order offer) is applied at checkout
Orders placed using sale pricing, sitewide promotions, or exclusive trade partner discount codes
Affiliates are encouraged to promote full-priced items and direct traffic using their assigned tracking links or codes.
To ensure accurate attribution and eligibility for commission, all referred traffic must comply with the above conditions.
Commissions will not be paid where a sale includes the use of a discount code that was not issued via the Beach House Art affiliate programme — even if the affiliate did not directly promote it.
Creative
Affiliates may not alter any creative or text links available without written permission.
