Using any type of a hearcaredirect.com display URL is not allowed.
Linking directly to Hear Care Direct domains from an Ad creative is not allowed.
Using promotional codes including discount code is not allowed, unless Hear Care Direct give explicit approval
Any affiliates found breaching any of these terms will have sales rejected and risk removal from the programme. add your program terms.
Other
It is prohibited for any site to be a part of this affiliate programme if the site:
- Promotes sexually explicit materials, violence, discriminates based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age, illegal activities
Includes "Hear Care Direct" or variations or misspellings thereof in its domain name
Is otherwise in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable to us in our sole discretion.
Contains software downloads that potentially enable diversions of commission from other affiliates in our program.
You may not create or design your website or any other website that you operate, explicitly or implied in a manner which resembles our website nor design your website in a manner which leads customers to believe you are Otofonix.com or any other affiliated business.
