Affiliates are NOT allowed to:
- Use PPC ads or campaigns for any search engine.
- Use coupon codes, cashback, RewardsBack, Rewards Points or any other promotional promise.
- Promote via coupon sites or comparison shopping sites.
- Promote through any toolbars.
- Promote on any adult, hate or other related sites.
- Use Pop Ups, Pop Unders or any other format that is deemed intrusive or use any other cookie stuffing techniques that may force the cookie in the user's browser.
- Impersonate Shop M.O.'s or Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group's identity in social media. Affiliate must be easily identified by users in any promotion in social media.
- Use Shop M.O. or Mandarin Oriental trademarks in any paid search activity, whether this is in ad text, copy or display URLs.
- Use the brand name (including misspellings) to buy, register or create domains or subdomains which may mislead users to believe that such site is Shop M.O.'s website or any part of Shop M.O. or Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group.
- Bid or appear on brand searches, nor any combination of brand terms+keyword searches for Shop M.O. products or campaign names, or Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, or any misspellings.
Example: Sleepfulness, Sleepfullness, ShopMO, ShpMO, shopmo.com, MObed, ShopMObed, Shop M.O. pillow, Mandarin Oriental bed, Mandarin Oriental pillows, etc.
