This section presents the terms and conditions that every publisher must accept when they wish to apply or join our program. If a point is not clearly specified in these conditions, it will not be possible to hold publishers accountable. Therefore, it is essential to fully understand what is mentioned here.
Benefits for the publisher: By joining our program, the publisher can benefit from advantages such as a welcome pack, visuals, guidelines, or even increased remuneration for publishers at the start of the partnership.
Groups and commission rates:
- Default rate.
- Rate based on the type of customer (old/new).
- Rate based on the type of product.
- Rate based on the type of publisher.
- Rate based on the cart value.
- Commission based on contribution (not available for Awin Access).
Validation process:
- Return policy.
- For customers in the travel sector: validation after a client's stay or other criteria.
- For customers in the financial sector: elements to consider before validation. Need for accreditation?
- For customers in the telecommunications sector: considerations before validation. For example, does the customer need to commit for a period of X months?
Consequences of non-compliance: If a publisher does not comply with these conditions, measures such as commission cancellation, suspension, etc., may be taken.
Promo codes & vouchers: If we use promotional codes or vouchers, it is necessary to note the specific conditions associated with their use. Only codes shared in the "My offers" section or sent through our communication center are authorized?
Cookie period: The duration is specified in the contract.
