General Conditions of Sale for Publishers
This space presents the terms and conditions that any publisher must accept when they wish to apply or join our program. If any point is not clearly stated in these conditions, it will not be possible to hold the publishers responsible. It is therefore essential to understand what is mentioned here.
1. Benefits for the publisher: By joining our program, the publisher can benefit from advantages such as a welcome pack, visuals, guidelines, or even an increase in remuneration for publishers at the start of the partnership.
2. Groups and commission rates:
Default rate.
Rate depending on the type of customer (old/new).
Rate depending on the type of product.
Rate depending on the type of publisher.
Rate based on basket value.
Commission according to contribution (not available for Awin Access).
3. Validation process:
Return policy.
For customers in the travel sector: validation after a customer's stay or other criteria.
For clients in the financial sector: elements to consider before validation. Need for accreditation?
For customers in the telecommunications sector: considerations before validation. For example, does the customer have to commit for a period of X months?
4. Consequences for non-compliance: If a publisher does not comply with these terms, action may be taken such as cancellation of commission, suspension, etc.
5. Promotional codes & vouchers: If we use promotional codes or vouchers, please note the specific conditions associated with their use. Are only codes shared in the "My offers" section or sent through our communications center allowed?
6. Cookie period: The duration is specified in the contract.
