Terms and Conditions for Publishers
This area sets out the terms and conditions that all publishers must accept when applying for or joining our programme. If any point is not clearly specified in these conditions, it will not be possible to hold publishers responsible. It is therefore essential that you fully understand what is stated here.
1. Benefits for the publisher: By joining our programme, the publisher can benefit from advantages such as a welcome pack, visuals, guidelines and even an increase in remuneration for publishers at the start of the partnership.
2. Groups and commission rates :
Default rate.
Rates based on customer type (old/new).
Rate based on product type.
Rate based on publisher type.
Rate based on basket value.
Commission according to contribution (not available for Awin Access).
3. Validation process :
Return policy.
For customers in the travel sector: validation after a customer's stay or other criteria.
For customers in the financial sector: factors to consider before validation. Need for accreditation?
For customers in the telecommunications sector: considerations before validation. For example, does the customer have to commit for X number of months?
4. Consequences in the event of non-compliance: If a publisher does not comply with these conditions, measures could be taken such as cancellation of the commission, suspension, etc.
5. Promotional codes & vouchers: If we use promotional codes or vouchers, please note the specific conditions associated with their use. Are only codes shared in the "My offers" section or sent via our communication centre authorised?
6. Cookie period : The duration is specified in the contract.
