Welcome to the Totwoo Affiliate Program (“Program”) managed via Awin. By joining this Program, you (“Affiliate”) agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before participating.

2. Program Overview

The Totwoo Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commission by referring customers to the official Totwoo website (www.totwoo.com) through unique tracking links provided by Awin.

3. Approval and Participation

Affiliates must submit accurate information during the application process.

Totwoo reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

Affiliates must ensure all promotional content aligns with Totwoo’s brand values and guidelines.

4. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not engage in any of the following activities. Violation of these rules will result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

4.1 Brand Bidding and Paid Search

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on Totwoo’s branded keywords, including but not limited to:

“Totwoo”, “To Two”, “Totwoo jewelry”, “Totwoo necklace”, “Totwoo bracelet”, “Totwoo smart jewelry”, or any misspellings or variations thereof.

Affiliates may not use Totwoo brand names in:

Google Ads, Bing Ads, Yahoo Ads, or any other search engine advertising platforms.

Display URLs, ad copy, or ad extensions.

Affiliates are also prohibited from:

Direct linking from paid search ads to Totwoo’s website or any Totwoo-owned domain.

Using Totwoo trademarks in domain names, social media handles, or URLs.

4.2 Misleading or False Promotion

Affiliates may not make false, deceptive, or misleading claims about Totwoo products, offers, or pricing.

Affiliates may not impersonate Totwoo or claim to represent the brand directly.

4.3 Coupon or Incentive Misuse

Affiliates must only promote official coupons and offers provided by Totwoo through Awin.

Unauthorized use or creation of discount codes is prohibited.

4.4 Email and Social Media Marketing

Affiliates must comply with all applicable spam laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM).

Totwoo brand names may not appear in email subject lines or paid social ads unless pre-approved in writing.

5. Commission and Payment

Commissions are earned only on qualifying purchases tracked through valid Awin affiliate links.

Totwoo reserves the right to reverse commissions in cases of cancellations, fraud, or policy violations.

6. Intellectual Property

All creative assets, trademarks, and content provided by Totwoo remain the property of Totwoo. Affiliates may use them solely for approved promotional purposes within the Program.

7. Termination

Totwoo reserves the right to terminate or suspend any affiliate account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, or for any reason at Totwoo’s discretion.

8. Modification of Terms

Totwoo may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Totwoo operates.
