By applying to the Dermaroller UK Affiliate Programme on AWIN, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your participation in the programme and outline the rules and responsibilities of both parties.
2. Eligibility
- Affiliates must be at least 18 years old.
- Affiliates must reside in the UK.
- Affiliates must operate a website, publication, blog, or social media platform with content relevant to beauty, skincare, health, lifestyle, or wellness.
- Dermaroller UK reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its discretion.
- Affiliates must either be an influencer, content creator, or a media publication, specialising in lifestyle, beauty or skincare content.
3. Commission Structure
- Affiliates earn a commission on sales generated through their unique referral links.
- The standard commission rate is 10%, subject to change at Dermaroller UK’s discretion.
- Commissions are calculated based on the sale amount, which is inclusive of VAT, any discounts, but exclusive of shipping costs.
4. Payment
- Commissions are paid out through AWIN according to their payment schedule.
- Payments are made in £GBP.
5. Promotional Materials
- Affiliates may not alter any provided materials without prior approval from Dermaroller UK.
- Affiliates must ensure all promotional content is accurate and does not make false or misleading claims.
6. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must not:
- Engage in any form of spamming, including unsolicited email marketing.
- Use paid advertising on search engines or social media platforms that bid on Dermaroller UK brand terms or variations.
- Engage in cookie stuffing or any other form of fraudulent activity.
- Create websites or social media pages that impersonate Dermaroller UK.
7. Compliance with Laws
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including but not limited to:
- Data protection and privacy laws.
- Advertising standards and guidelines set by regulatory bodies.
8. Intellectual Property
- Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Dermaroller UK’s logos, and marketing materials for the sole purpose of promoting Dermaroller UK products.
- Affiliates must not use Dermaroller UK’s intellectual property in any manner that disparages or misrepresents the brand.
9. Termination
- Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.
- Upon termination, affiliates must remove all Dermaroller UK links and marketing materials from their websites and social media platforms.
- Any outstanding commissions earned prior to termination will be paid in accordance with the standard payment schedule.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Dermaroller UK is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising in connection with the affiliate programme.
11. Modification of Terms
- Dermaroller UK reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
12. Acceptance
By applying to and participating in the Dermaroller UK Affiliate Programme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
