As a member of the Ceek Women's Health affiliate program, you agree to adhere to the following special terms and conditions:
Authorized Promotions: Affiliates shall not utilize any promotion, promotion code, coupon, or other promotional opportunity that has not been explicitly authorized for use by Ceek Women's Health.
Website Representation: Affiliates' websites shall not, in any manner, copy, imitate, or resemble the look and feel of the Ceek Women's Health website. Affiliates are prohibited from framing or allowing the framing of any page of the Ceek Women's Health website.
Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Restrictions: Affiliates agree not to bid on any keywords in Pay-Per-Click Search Engines (PPCSEs) that are trademarks, derivations of trademarks, or any other terms likely to cause confusion regarding their affiliation with Ceek Women's Health. Affiliates are prohibited from using as display URLs any Ceek Women's Health-related trademarks or any variations thereof, including, but not limited to, the variations listed above.
Ad Copy Restrictions: Affiliates shall not use the language “official site” or any variations thereof in ad copy and are prohibited from adding trademark symbols to ad copy. Affiliates are prohibited from using promotional language in ad copy, such as references to specific coupons and/or membership offers.
Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their promotional activities, including but not limited to advertising laws and regulations. Intellectual Property Rights: Affiliates shall respect Ceek Women's Health's intellectual property rights and not use any Ceek Women's Health trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information without prior written consent.
Prohibited Activities: Affiliates shall not engage in any activities that may harm the reputation or integrity of Ceek Women's Health, including but not limited to unethical or illegal marketing practices, false advertising, or misleading claims. By participating in the Ceek Women's Health affiliate program, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Special Terms and Conditions. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in the termination of your participation in the program and forfeiture of any accrued commissions.
