- Program is managed through AWIN with a base commission of 15% per sale.

- Approval: Manual – we welcome content, lifestyle, travel, gifting, and food/drink publishers.
Attribution & De-Duplication
- Cookie Length: 45 days.
- Validation/Locking Window: 21 days (transactions are confirmed quickly, given our low return rate).
- Attribution: Content/editorial affiliates prioritized. Coupon stacking and duplicate channel claims may be denied.
Paid Search (PPC) Policy
- Trademark bidding is not permitted. Affiliates may not bid on “Hail M” “Hail M Cocktails” or variations/misspellings.
- Brand + generic terms (e.g., “Hail M cocktails coupon”) are not allowed.
- Generic cocktail/drink keywords are permitted if compliant with AWIN policies and do not cause brand confusion.
Coupon & Deal Sites
- Coupon, cashback, and loyalty partners are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Unauthorized or unlisted coupon codes will not be honored or commissioned.
- Affiliates may only promote official offers provided through AWIN.
Sub-Affiliates & Networks
- Sub-affiliate networks must disclose all traffic sources.
- Toolbars, browser extensions, and forced-click technologies are not permitted.
Email Marketing
- Affiliates may promote Hail M Cocktails via email only to opt-in lists.
- All campaigns must comply with CAN-SPAM and clearly identify the affiliate as the sender.
- No use of “Hail M” as the sender name.
Social Media & Content
- Social media promotion is allowed if content is original and compliant with FTC guidelines.
- Paid social ads cannot use “Hail M” trademarks in ad copy or as the landing URL without approval.
- Content must avoid restricted brand terms (e.g., do not use “elevate”).
Program Exclusions
- No commissions on gift cards.
- Orders cancelled, returned, or flagged as fraudulent will be reversed.
- International orders outside the US are not eligible.
