This Program Agreement is entered into by and between ShopBeesWax and affiliates participating in the ShopBeesWax affiliate program through ShareASale. By participating in the Program, Affiliates agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
PPC Rules:
a. Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on specific Pay-Per-Click (PPC) terms related to ShopBeesWax products or brand name.
Auto Approval:
a. Affiliates must be manually approved by ShopBeesWax before participating in the Program.
Email Responders:
a. ShopBeesWax may utilize email responders to engage with affiliates during the application process and upon approval or denial.
b. Approval emails may contain banners/links for affiliates to promote ShopBeesWax products and services immediately.
Compliance:
a. Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to those related to advertising, privacy, and intellectual property rights.
Prohibited Activities:
a. Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
i. Misrepresentation of ShopBeesWax products or services.
ii. Spamming, including unsolicited email marketing.
iii. Plagiarism or unauthorized use of copyrighted material.
iv. Use of illegal or unethical marketing tactics.
v. Promotion of violence, hate speech, or discriminatory content.
Reporting:
a. ShopBeesWax reserves the right to monitor affiliate activities and may request reports or audits to ensure compliance with this Agreement.
Termination:
a. ShopBeesWax reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and suspend or remove Affiliates from the Program for any violation of these terms and conditions.
By participating in the Program, Affiliates acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Agreement and the ShareASale Terms of Use. ShopBeesWax reserves the right to amend or modify this Agreement at any time, with or without notice.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
