To keep our Affiliate Program fair, transparent, and fully aligned with Mimi Panda’s SEO and brand-safety standards, all partners must follow the terms below:
1. Prohibited Activities
1.1 Self-Referrals
Affiliates may not use their own tracking links to purchase Mimi Panda products.
1.2 PPC Advertising (Fully Prohibited)
PPC is not allowed in any form. This includes:
- No search ads on any keywords (brand or non-brand)
- No display PPC campaigns
- No social PPC campaigns
- No paid placements or boosted posts
- No paid traffic sources of any kind
All traffic must be organic, content-based, or community-driven.
1.3 SEO-Harmful Practices
The following are strictly prohibited as they negatively impact our SEO:
- Coupon scraping or generating fake coupon pages
- Publishing thin, duplicate, or AI-spam content
- Creating doorway pages or spam backlinks
- Any attempt to rank for brand-keyword coupon queries unless approved
2. Promotional Types: What Is Allowed
The following publisher types are welcome, as they do not harm SEO and align with our brand guidelines:
- Content publishers (blogs, reviews, niche content sites)
- Community platforms (forums, groups, hobby communities)
- Email marketing (opt-in newsletters only)
- Loyalty & rewards programs (non-cashback)
- Behavioural retargeting partners
- Media brokers (with transparent traffic sources)
- Discount code websites (approved only with provided coupons)
3. Promotional Types Allowed on Approval
These publisher types may be accepted case by case:
Approval requires strict compliance with our SEO and brand-term policies.
4. Coupon Policy
We can create exclusive coupons for approved coupon and deal websites, up to 20% off.
The coupon percentage is deducted from your affiliate commission.
- Example: 20% coupon → 15% commission
- Example: 10% coupon → 25% commission
Unauthorized coupons, expired coupon pages, or fake coupon listings are not allowed.
5. Brand Safety Restrictions
Affiliates may NOT promote Mimi Panda on websites or platforms that involve:
- Adult content
- Gambling or betting
- Smoking, alcohol, or other age-restricted products
- Violence, hate, discrimination, or illegal activities
- Malware, torrents, download sites, or unsafe environments
All promotional placements must be brand-safe, family-friendly, and compliant with global advertising standards.
