Not allowed:
- SEM: “Schuurman Schoenen” must be added as a negative keyword, bidding on misspellings of the brand name is not allowed
- SEM: "Schuurman Schoenen“ as negative in a phrase is not allowed
- SEM: "4xComfort", "Choizz", "Choizz Exclusive", "Visions", "Keq" must be added as a negative keyword, bidding on misspellings of these brand names are not allowed
- Publishers are not allowed to display their ads when the advertiser's brand name plus generic words are entered as keywords.
- Publishers are not allowed to display the advertiser's brand name in their display URL (e.g. www.publisher.com/brandname or brandname.publisher.com).
- Cashback publishers and voucher code publishers on request.
- Voucher publisher can only apply with a soft click account!
- Publishers are not allowed to use the promotional campaign of newsletters or magazines without checking with the account manager. If they do, it's possible that your generated sales will be rejected so please contact the account manager first.

Sending commercial expressions through Zanox is only allowed if the publisher is demonstrably complaint in accordance with Article 11.7 of the Telecommunications Act, the guidelines of the ACM, and the Zanox code of conduct for e-mail publishers. The Zanox Code of Conduct must be signed and possession of Zanox Benelux so this is transmissible on request by the ACM.
