ExPutt RG Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
1. Agreement
By signing up for the ExPutt RG Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please ensure that you read them carefully before signing up.
2. Joining the Program
To begin the enrollment process, you must submit a completed Affiliate Program application. We will evaluate your application and notify you of your acceptance or rejection. We may reject your application if we determine that your platform is unsuitable for our Program.
3. Affiliate Obligations
3.1. As an affiliate, you agree to conduct yourself ethically and in accordance with all applicable laws and advertising standards.
3.2. Affiliates must not use spam or send unsolicited emails to promote ExPutt RG products.
3.3. All affiliates are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their information, including contact and payment information.
4. ExPutt RG Obligations
We agree to oversee the tracking, reporting, and payment for our affiliate network. We will provide a range of web banners and textual links that you may use in your advertising. These tools will be accessible through our affiliate program portal.
5. Commissions and Payment
5.1. Affiliates will receive a commission of 10% for each sale of ExPutt RG products that is referred to us using their unique affiliate link.
5.2. Commissions will only be paid on sales that are verified and delivered to the customer.
5.3. Payments will be made monthly for commissions earned in the previous month. All payments will be made via bank transfer or another agreed-upon payment method.
6. Intellectual Property
All marketing materials, including but not limited to images, logos, and promotional materials, provided by ExPutt RG are our exclusive property. Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for the purpose of promoting ExPutt RG products.
7. Liability
ExPutt RG will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, or any results of intents of harm to the Program and/or to our website(s).
8. Term and Termination
The term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your affiliate application and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or we may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination.
9. Modification
We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes in the scope of available commissions, commission schedules, payment procedures, and Affiliate Program rules.
