Program Terms

Brand Usage & Branding Guidelines

Affiliates (publishers) are permitted to reference RoseToy products in a truthful and non-misleading manner for the purpose of content-based promotion, reviews, and recommendations.

1. Brand Name Usage
- The official brand name is “RoseToy”.
- “RoseToy” must be written as a single word with a capital “R” and “T”.
- Affiliates may use generic product terms such as “rose toy” in editorial content, provided it does not imply official ownership or exclusive affiliation.

2. Prohibited Uses
Affiliates may NOT:
- Represent themselves as the official RoseToy website, official store, or brand owner, including but not limited to the use of phrases such as “Official RoseToy”, “RoseToy Official”, or “RoseToy.com” in a manner that implies ownership, control, or official representation of the brand.
- Register or use domains, subdomains, display URLs, social media handles, or account names containing the RoseToy brand or confusingly similar variations.
- Imply endorsement, partnership, or ownership beyond participation in the affiliate program.

3. Paid Search & Advertising
- Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on or purchasing paid search advertisements (including PPC, search ads, shopping ads, or display URLs) using the RoseToy brand name, trademarks, or confusingly similar variations.
- Generic product terms such as “rose toy” may not be used in paid search advertising that directs traffic to the RoseToy website.

4. Creative Assets
- Affiliates may only use brand assets (logos, images, videos, product descriptions) that are provided or expressly approved by RoseToy.
- Modification, recreation, or alteration of RoseToy logos, packaging, or product imagery is not permitted without prior written approval.

5. Compliance & Enforcement
- Any violation of these branding guidelines constitutes a breach of the affiliate program terms and may result in commission reversal, suspension, or termination from the program.
- RoseToy reserves the right to request content revisions or removal at any time to ensure brand integrity and consumer clarity.
