MyDietDoc Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions
1. Program Overview
The MyDietDoc Affiliate Program enables approved partners to promote our telehealth platform, which offers medically supervised weight loss programs, prescription-based treatments, and wellness solutions through licensed U.S. providers and pharmacies.
2. Commission Structure
• Commissions are paid only on approved and completed sales resulting from affiliate referrals.
• No commission will be paid on cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent transactions.
• The standard commission rate is available in your affiliate dashboard and may vary by product or promotion.
3. Attribution and Tracking
• All referrals must be tracked through AWIN using your unique tracking link.
• MyDietDoc is not responsible for untracked or misattributed sales due to incorrect link setup, browser settings, or cleared cookies.
4. Prohibited Practices
• Do not bid on MyDietDoc brand keywords or misspellings in paid search (e.g., Google Ads).
• Direct linking from ads to our website requires written approval.
• Misleading health claims, unverified medical statements, or guaranteed weight loss promises are strictly prohibited.
• Email or SMS marketing campaigns using MyDietDoc branding must be pre-approved.
• Affiliates may not promote on adult, illegal, or inappropriate websites.
5. Content Guidelines
• All promotional content must align with MyDietDoc’s branding and ethical guidelines.
• Use of before/after photos, dramatic transformation claims, or non-compliant health statements is not allowed.
• Affiliates must not impersonate medical professionals or imply guaranteed results from any MyDietDoc treatment.
6. Payment Terms
• Commissions are paid via AWIN’s standard payment schedule.
• All transactions are subject to a holding period to confirm order validity and refund status.
7. Termination
• MyDietDoc reserves the right to remove affiliates at any time for violating these terms.
• Affiliates may be removed immediately in cases of fraud, deceptive marketing, or brand misrepresentation.
8. Legal Compliance
• Affiliates must comply with all relevant advertising laws, healthcare marketing standards, and data privacy regulations in their promotional regions.
