DripDrop Hydration Affiliate Program Agreement
This Affiliate Program Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between DripDrop Hydration ("Company") and the affiliate ("Affiliate"), collectively referred to as the "Parties." By joining the DripDrop Hydration Affiliate Program, the Affiliate agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Program Overview
The DripDrop Hydration Affiliate Program allows Affiliates to earn commissions by promoting DripDrop Hydration products. The program starts at a 15% commission rate with a 7-day attribution window. Affiliates who reach 30 sales will be upgraded to a 17% commission rate, and those who reach 50 sales will be upgraded to a 20% commission rate.
2. Enrollment
To enroll in the program, the Affiliate must complete the application form and receive approval from the Company through the Shareasale platform. The Company reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its discretion.
3. Commission Structure
a. Initial Commission Rate: Affiliates will earn a 15% commission on all qualifying sales.
b. Attribution Window: A 7-day attribution window will apply. Sales made within 7 days of a customer clicking the Affiliate's unique link will be eligible for commission.
c. Commission Upgrades: Upon reaching 30 qualifying sales, the Affiliate's commission rate will be increased to 17% for all subsequent sales. Upon reaching 50 qualifying sales, the Affiliate's commission rate will be increased to 20% for all subsequent sales.
4. Payment
Commissions will be calculated at the end of each month and paid out within 30 days through ShareASale. Affiliates have several payment options:
a. Check: The minimum payment threshold is $50, which can be adjusted to a higher amount within the payment settings tab under account settings.
b. ACH Direct Deposit or Wire Transfer:
For direct deposit, Affiliates need to fill out the form found in Payment Settings, using specific information from their checks or bank. There is no fee for direct deposit, but wire transfers incur a $29 fee.
Payments are sent out on the 20th of every month for the previous month’s commissions. If the 20th falls on a weekend, payments are sent out on the following Monday.
5. Affiliate Responsibilities
a. Promotion: The Affiliate agrees to promote DripDrop Hydration products in a lawful and ethical manner.
b. Content: The Affiliate must not use misleading or false statements about DripDrop Hydration products.
c. Compliance: The Affiliate must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to FTC guidelines regarding endorsements and testimonials. All social media posts must be clearly labeled with #dripdroppartner.
6. Pay Per Click Restrictions
If Affiliates choose to run paid ads, they are not allowed to bid on any direct or related keywords based on the list in the ShareASale platform. The Company reserves the right to update that list at any time.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time through deactivation in the ShareASale platform. Upon termination, the Affiliate will no longer be eligible to earn commissions on future sales.
8. Modifications
The Company reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through the affiliate portal. Continued participation in the program after such modifications will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Agreement or the Affiliate Program.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Company is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11. Agreement
By participating in the DripDrop Hydration Affiliate Program, the Affiliate acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
