  • General:
  • REGEN™ expect publishers to remain respectful to the brand when posting in connection with our products. This includes the use of any expletive language, sharing political views, abusive behaviour or anything that could be deemed to put the reputation of the brand at risk. 

All publishers must adhere to the ASA guidelines, referencing AD in posts.

  • Commission structure and rates: 
  • Default commission rate is at 8% for all customers
  • This is applicable across all products 
  • The commission rate will increase to as much as 12% for new customers, during key trading periods or key campaigns.

 

Voucher codes: Only codes created by the REGEN™ team on our shopify site and shared via the communication centre, are valid. For standard orders (non pre-order), the purpose of the voucher code is only to provide discount across your top picks, meaning that commissions will be paid based on LINK based sales only.

Pre Orders:

From time to time, we will use purple dot pre-order technology to accept pre-orders on the REGEN™ range. As these orders will not track via your awin link, we will track these via the use of your code (which will be create on shopify + shared by the REGEN™ team). 

We will provide a weekly report (if relevant) from the Purple Dot platform to show any pre-orders that have been made via the use of your code. 

As we only accept 50% of payment upon pre-order, these orders will not be subject to commission until they have dispatched to the customer with 100% of the balance paid and the 30 day returns window has passed. 

As these orders are currently unable to be tracked via awin, we will pay these separately via bank transfer.

  • Validation process: 

Returns are accepted up to 30 days post delivery of the product, customers are eligible for a full refund providing that:

  • The item has been purchased via the REGEN™ website.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging.
  • The item(s) are returned using the correct unique return labels, you must not mix multiple orders into one.
  • The item is packed to avoid damage in transit.
  • The return request has been raised via our UK returns process, please see our website for further details.

  • Statement of consequences: if a publisher is deemed to have broken the terms & conditions associated with the REGEN™ programme, we reserve the right to pause payment on any outstanding commissions whilst we review the breach and will remove anyone from the programme that we feel can no longer support the REGEN brand.
