Please read our affiliate terms and conditions carefully before applying to join our program. These terms and conditions are written to ensure the success of our affiliate program and our valued affiliate partners. It is each affiliate's responsibility to ensure compliance at all times. Definitions
As used in the below Terms: (i) “We”, “us”, or “our” refers to Marché and; (ii) “you” or “your” refers to the Affiliate; (iii) “our website” refers to the our website like www.shoplemarche.com; (iv) “your website” refers to any websites that you will link to our website; (v) “Program” refers to the Marché Affiliate Program.
PPC Terms and Conditions
Please carefully read Marché affiliate terms and conditions for PPC marketing before you join our Program or begin marketing of our Program. These terms and conditions are written in plain terms intentionally avoiding legalese to ensure that they may be clearly understood and followed by affiliates. Adherence to the terms and conditions provides that Marché affiliate Program is sustainable and profitable for both Marché and our affiliates.
PPC Guidelines
We DO NOT accept PPC publishers. You may not:
1. bid on any of our trademarked terms, including any variations or misspellings thereof or our trademarks with categories or countries or languages for search or content based campaigns on Google, Bing, Yahoo or any other network.
2. bid on prohibited keywords in any countries in the world.
3. Use of any of our trademarked terms or misspellings as part of the domain for your website. (e.g. www.shoplemarche-coupons.com).
4. bid on trademark terms in sequence with any of the following keywords is permissible: “Marché coupon(s)”, “Marché code (s)”, “Marché promo code (s)”, “Marché promotion code (s)”, “Marché coupon code (s)”, “Marché voucher code”, “Marché voucher”. However the landing page must be a specific coupon page, home page and any other pages are not permitted to direct link to.
We reserve all the right for the final explanation of the PPC terms and conditions.
Advertising & Publicity
We allow email marketing. All partners must be Can-SPAM compliant and must contact us prior to running these for suppression lists. Any partner that doesn't reach out first is considered to be in violation of our terms and conditions.
Corresponding Measures
If we found that you have one of the prohibited actions mentioned above, corresponding actions will be taken. We will remind you to stop the actions by email. You need to stop the bidding as soon as possible and then inform us when the action has been completed.
Domain Names
Use of any of our copyrighted & trademarked terms as part of the domain or sub-domain for your website is strictly prohibited i.e. shoplemarche.website.com or www.shoplemarche-coupons.com
Linking to Our Website
Upon acceptance into the Program, links will be made available to you through the Affiliate Window interface. You agree that you will only use linking code obtained from Affiliate Window without manipulation. Also, please ensure that all domains where you use our link are listed in your affiliate network profile.
You hereby agree that your Website will not in any way copy, resemble, or mirror the look and feel of our Website. You will also not use any means to create the impression that your Website is our Website or any part of our Website including, without limitation, framing of our Website in any manner. Cookie stuffing, pop-ups, and false or misleading links are strictly prohibited. In addition, wherever possible, you will not attempt to mask the referring url information (i.e. the page from where the click is originating). Using redirects to bounce a click off of a domain where the click did not originate in order to give the appearance that it came from that domain is expressly prohibited and is a direct violation of the program. This does not include using "out" redirects from the same domain where the affiliate link is placed.
