Terms & Conditions
BeeBu supports the following types of affiliate promotions:
- Cashback
- Community
- Content
- Discount Code
- Email
- Loyalty
- PPC (only with prior permission)
Prohibited Content:
Affiliates with sites containing adult content, gambling, violent or inappropriate behavior, or anything misaligned with our brand are not allowed.
Selling Over the Phone:
Only BeeBu-approved publishers are permitted to sell BeeBu products over the phone. Any publisher selling over the phone without explicit permission will be removed from the programme, and commissions will be declined.
- Subnetworks:
1. If you operate a subnetwork through your publisher account you must inform the Community Fibre affiliate team and provide a list of all URLs promoting Community Fibre. Community Fibre reserves the right to decline individual URLs if not deemed editorially appropriate. - 2. Any URL providing more than 5% of your sales volume should be tracked into a secondary PID for legal and audit purposes unless agreed otherwise in writing with Community Fibre.
- 3.Any URL which joins a subnetwork will join on the Standard Awin Programme rates unless agreed otherwise in writing with Community Fibre.
- 4. Failure to adhere to these conditions may result in immediate removal from the Community Fibre programme of either the URL and / or where necessary, the subnetwork.

Third-Party Transaction Queries:
Affiliates and customers have 90 days from the transaction date to raise any queries regarding third-party payments, including commission, incentives, vouchers, gift cards, or credits (for tracked orders). For untracked orders or those managed via third-party systems or directly by BeeBu, the 90-day period starts from the validation date.
Any queries raised after 90 days will be considered invalid and will be declined.
Affiliate Removals:
Awin reviews all affiliates monthly, focusing on those who have been inactive for the past three months. "Inactive" refers to affiliates who have not generated any sales during this period. Inactive affiliates may be removed from the programme. Affiliates removed due to inactivity are welcome to reapply but must go through the approval process again.
