Enrollment in the Program
To enroll in the Program, you must complete and submit the online application via the ShareASale network. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion. If accepted, you will be notified via email and provided with the necessary tools to get started.
Affiliate Responsibilities
- Marketing and Promotion: Affiliates are responsible for promoting Meminto Stories through approved marketing channels. You may use banners, text links, and other promotional materials provided by Meminto Stories. All promotional activities must be conducted in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Content Restrictions: Affiliates must not promote Meminto Stories on websites or platforms that:
- Contain or promote illegal activities, violence, discrimination, or hate speech.
- Feature adult content or pornography.
- Engage in spamming, phishing, or fraudulent activities.
- Infringe on any intellectual property rights or violate the privacy of others.
- Prohibited Activities: Affiliates are prohibited from:
- Using paid search (PPC) advertising that includes Meminto Stories' brand name or variations thereof.
- Offering cash-back, rewards, or incentives for purchasing Meminto Stories products through your affiliate links without prior written approval.
- Engaging in any form of cookie stuffing, link hijacking, or deceptive practices to generate commissions.
- Misrepresenting the relationship between you and Meminto Stories or making false claims about our products.
Commission and Payment
- Commission Structure: Affiliates will earn a commission on qualifying sales made through their unique affiliate links. The commission rate is determined by Meminto Stories and may be subject to change with prior notice.
- Payment Schedule: Commissions will be paid monthly, provided the affiliate has reached the minimum payout threshold set by ShareASale. Payments will be made via the ShareASale platform according to their payment policies.
Term and Termination
- Term: This Agreement will begin upon acceptance of your application and will continue until terminated by either party.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of Meminto Stories' promotional materials and remove all affiliate links from your websites.
Confidentiality
Affiliates agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information provided by Meminto Stories during the course of the Program. This includes, but is not limited to, business plans, marketing strategies, and customer data.
Indemnification
Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meminto Stories, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your participation in the Program, your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Limitation of Liability
Meminto Stories will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you under this Agreement.
Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Meminto Stories is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Modification
Meminto Stories reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any modifications will be communicated to affiliates via email or through the ShareASale platform. Continued participation in the Program following such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Acceptance
By enrolling in the Meminto Stories Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
