Welcome to the aosu Affiliate Program powered by AWIN. By joining our program, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement, as well as the AWIN Terms & Conditions. Our mission is to provide families with cutting-edge smart home security solutions, and we appreciate your support in promoting our products.
Affiliate Eligibility and Approval
To be eligible for the aosu Affiliate Program, applicants must operate a website, blog, or social media platform that aligns with our brand values and mission. Approval is managed through the AWIN platform; we reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion based on compliance with our guidelines and AWIN’s policies.
Promotional Methods and Restrictions
Affiliates are encouraged to use any of the following methods to market aosu products:
Website and blog content
Social media posts
Email marketing
Prohibited Activities
The following actions will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions:
- Misleading or False Advertising: No deceptive claims about aosu products.
- Unsolicited Email (SPAM): Sending emails without prior consent.
- Infringing Content: Using copyrighted or trademarked materials without authorization.
- Negative Marketing: Criticizing aosu or undermining its reputation.
- Cookie Stuffing: Illicitly placing cookies on a user’s browser.
- Branded Term Bidding: Affiliates may not bid on our branded keywords (e.g., “aosu,” “aosu security,” “aosu smart home” “aosu discount”) in any search engine or ad network.
Commission and Payout
Affiliates earn commissions on qualifying sales generated through their unique AWIN tracking links. Your commission rates and payment schedule are detailed in your AWIN dashboard. Payouts are subject to AWIN’s approval process and payment policies, including AWIN’s minimum payment threshold and payment cycle.
Termination
aosu and AWIN reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account at our discretion for non-compliance with this agreement or AWIN’s Terms & Conditions. Affiliates found in violation will be removed immediately and will forfeit any pending commissions.
Changes to the Agreement
We may update or modify this agreement at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email and posted in your AWIN account. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
