Paid Search Engine Marketing:
Paid search engine marketing is permitted as long as it is not trademark bidding.
Trademark bidding is strictly prohibited. Affiliates may not bid on trademark terms, trademark+, misspellings, or any variations thereof.
Direct Linking:
Direct linking is strictly prohibited. Affiliates may not use redirected pages or links to send users directly to our site. For example, PPC links on search engines redirecting users to our site are not allowed.
Domain Forwarding:
Domain forwarding is strictly prohibited. Affiliates are not allowed to purchase domains and forward them directly to our site using affiliate links.
Promotional Codes:
Only promotional codes approved and provided through the Awin Affiliate Account may be used.
Creatives and Promotions:
Affiliates must use the most current creatives available in the Awin Affiliate Account.
Listing expired promotions is prohibited.
Order Reversals:
All orders are subject to reversals within 30 days from the date they are processed.
Downloadable Software:
Downloadable software is permitted only on a case-by-case basis.
Software must require an affirmative click or action for cookies to be enabled.
Affiliates must contact the program manager with questions, concerns, or to provide a software demonstration.
Email Marketing:
Email affiliates are encouraged and approved on a case-by-case basis.
All email affiliates must comply with CAN-SPAM regulations.
Contact the affiliate manager for the latest creatives and the suppression list.
