Programme Terms
Bidding on our trademark terms in paid search campaigns is strictly forbidden.
● All CSS publishers must obtain permission before going live.
● All sub affiliate networks must pass publisher IDs into Awin and supply traffic reports.
● Using our trademark anywhere other than in the sub-directory of your URL is prohibited. e.g. affiliatesite(dot)com/torresnovas
● Publishers must only display affiliate approved discount codes.
If publishers require codes other than those made available through Awin, please submit
requests to john@taskpr.com
Brand
Partners agree to present the brand(s) in the same manner the brand(s) they present their
own.
Partners will take reasonable care to use up to date images, ad-copy and offers in their
marketing.
Refusal
Torres Novas (Design Port Ltd) reserves the right to decline any transaction which does not meet our terms and
conditions.
Any publishers found to be in breach of program terms may be removed from the
programme and have all open commissions cancelled.
We monitor the search space and have a zero-tolerance policy for any trademark violations.
Influencers and content creators must obtain our consent before featuring Torres Novas in any social media posts. This applies to both publishers joined directly to our affiliate programme, and those joined via sub-affiliate networks.
Validation and Payment of Commission
Commissions will be validated within 45 days of the transaction date.
