BloomChic Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions1. Overview
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY!
Please pay attention to provisions that exclude or limit liability and terms of governing law and jurisdiction, which may appear in capital letters or in bold.
To protect the legal interests of BloomChic’s publishers and affiliates and to maintain operational order, BloomChic has specially drafted this agreement.
2. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to BloomChic.com’s free service (the “Service”).
Use of the Service indicates your acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not accept all the terms, please do not use the Service.
BY ENTERING INTO THE AFFILIATE CENTER PAGE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT.
BloomChic may modify any of the terms in this Agreement at any time and at its sole discretion by posting an updated version on https://www.bloomchic.com/. The updated agreement is effective immediately upon posting.
We will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify you of such changes. If you find any changes unacceptable, your sole option is to terminate the agreement. Your continued use of the Service shall be deemed as acceptance of the updated terms.
BloomChic reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason.
3. Definitions
- Advertiser – BloomChic, who promotes products/services through the Network.
- Affiliate – A company or individual who participates in the Network to earn commissions for qualifying transactions.
BloomChic and affiliates are independent entities. This agreement does not create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, or employment relationship. You do not have authority to make offers or representations on behalf of BloomChic.
4. Program Description
We pay commissions on validated sales (excluding freight, taxes, insurance, service charges, and unrelated costs). Commission rates may vary based on affiliate membership type. Please refer to our official terms or contact us for more details.
Sales driven by you are tracked through BloomChic’s affiliate system.
5. Enrollment in the Program
You are eligible to apply if you own a website, blog, or social platform. However, the following types of sites are not allowed:
- Promote illegal activities
- Promote sexually explicit material
- Promote violence or hate
- Promote tobacco, gambling, or lottery
- Promote pyramid or Ponzi schemes
- Promote discrimination of any kind
- Contain defamatory, fraudulent, or harassing content
All enrollment decisions are at BloomChic’s sole discretion.
6. Prohibitions
Without prior written approval from BloomChic, you may not:
- Use our trademarks or licensed material in misleading or unauthorized ads
- Send misleading electronic communications implying BloomChic is the sender or sponsor
- Use BloomChic trademarks in meta tags, hidden text, or domain names
- Modify or alter BloomChic’s website
- Engage in false trading, traffic hijacking, or other deceptive tactics
- Employ unauthorized technology to redirect or intercept traffic or commissions
7. Participant Responsibilities
As a participant, you must:
- Use fraud detection technology to prevent abnormal or invalid activity
- Remove BloomChic materials from sites with objectionable content
- Report any objectionable content or malfunctioning affiliate links
- Ensure your site does not contain illegal, libelous, or offensive material
You agree to indemnify and hold BloomChic harmless from all claims, damages, or legal fees related to your site’s development, operation, or content.
8. Violations & Consequences
Violating any terms may result in:
(a) Immediate termination of this Agreement
(b) Withholding of earned referral fees
(c) Legal action for damages
(d) BloomChic’s right to pursue prosecution under applicable law
9. Supplementary Clause
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the place of registration of BloomChic, without regard to conflict of law rules.
This Agreement becomes legally effective as of the date of publication.
