Join the Program:

• Sign up as an affiliate on Awin.com and agree to their terms.
• Apply through Awin.com with your website details.
• We review your website and approve or reject your application.

Website Restrictions:

• No copyright infringement, illegal content, or harmful material.
• No viruses or misleading software.
• Links and content cannot misrepresent Tend or its website.

Linking to Tend:

• Use only approved linking code from Awin.com.
• List all domains using your affiliate link in your Awin profile.
• Don't advertise Tend on platforms you don't own (e.g., Google Shopping).
• Don't copy Tend's website design or create misleading links.
• No cookie stuffing, pop-ups, or URL masking.
• Don't use redirects to manipulate clicks.
• Affiliate links should be relevant to the linked content.
• Don't combine affiliate links with other programs for the same user.
• Don't use your links for your own Tend purchases.

Trademarks:

• We grant limited use of our trademarks for Program promotion only.
• Don't imply sponsorship or harm Tend's brand reputation.
• All promotional materials using our trademarks need our approval.

Domain Names:

• Don't use our trademarks in your website domain or subdomain.

Communication and Order Reversals:

• We maintain a low reversal rate through open communication.
• We reserve the right to reverse orders due to cancellations, duplicates, returns, disputes, or Program violations.
• Respond promptly and honestly to inquiries about suspicious orders.

Consequences of Violations:

• We may reverse orders, set your commission to 0%, or suspend you from the Program for violations.
• You are responsible for ensuring your traffic complies with our Program.

Intellectual Property:

• We own all rights to the promotional materials and trademarks.
• This Agreement grants you no ownership rights.

Independent Contractor:

• You are an independent contractor, not an Tend employee or agent.

Disclaimers and Limitations:

• We make no warranties about the products, programs, or materials.

Indemnification:

• You agree to indemnify and hold Tend harmless from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your participation in the Program or your breach of this Agreement.

Confidentiality:

• Any non-public information you learn through the Program is confidential.
• You cannot disclose it without our prior written consent.
